What does the engine assembly include?
Time:2024.06.07 Come:ANQING GERMANY AUTO TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD View:

The engine assembly includes fuel supply and regulation system, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve distribution mechanism and intake, exhaust system, starting system, lubrication system and cooling system, and body components.
1. The working principle of the fuel supply and regulation system is to inject fuel into the combustion chamber, mix it thoroughly with air for combustion, and generate heat.
2. The working principle of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is to transform the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the crankshaft, and the mode of force action changes. The rotational power can be transmitted to the gearbox for reasonable distribution.
3. The function of the valve distribution mechanism and the intake and exhaust system is to ensure regular intake of fresh air, discharge the exhaust gas after combustion, and continuously convert thermal energy into mechanical energy.
4. The starting system is designed to quickly start the diesel engine. Generally, electric or pneumatic motors are used for starting. For high-power diesel engines, compressed air should be used for starting.
5. The lubrication system and cooling system can also lubricate internal parts during engine operation, while also transferring heat and taking away some of the engine's heat. The heat dissipation system is mainly responsible for the engine's heat dissipation to maintain the engine within the normal operating temperature range.
6. The body components form the framework of the diesel engine, and all moving parts and auxiliary systems are supported on it. Mainly including the cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pan, and other accessories of the engine, it is a mechanical component of the engine, and the components can work together with the engine.
